Okay, my friends! It’s going to be a fun week and we are going to be grilling ALL WEEK LONG!
Grilling Week: New Recipes Every Morning
This week I’m sharing a brand-new grilling recipe each morning here on the blog. Each day brings a fresh idea for the grill—proteins, sides, marinades, and techniques that are easy to follow and perfect for summer gatherings. If you want to cook along with me, I’ve provided a consolidated grocery list to make planning simple. While the full recipes are released each morning, the grocery list helps you shop once and be ready to grill all week.
The goal of this Grilling Week is to give you approachable, flavorful recipes that come together quickly and make the most of your grill. Whether you’re using a charcoal grill, propane grill, or an indoor outdoor grill setup, these recipes are designed to deliver big flavor with reliable technique. I’ll include tips for temperature control, timing, and simple adjustments so you can tailor each recipe to your setup.

How the Week Works
Each morning I’ll publish the full recipe with step-by-step instructions, along with photos and any necessary timing notes. If you want to follow along and cook each recipe the same day it’s posted, use the grocery guide to shop ahead—no last-minute runs to the store. The grocery list is organized by day and by recipe, so you can pick and choose which meals you want to prepare.
My approach for this week is simple: highlight reliable, seasonal ingredients, balance flavors with bright accents like citrus and herbs, and keep techniques straightforward so everyone—from beginner to experienced griller—can get great results. Expect marinades, dry rubs, quick sauces, and a few side dishes that can be made on or off the grill.
