Honey-Orange Glazed Pork Stir Fry is a bright, savory weeknight dish that combines tender pork with a sticky honey-and-orange glaze. The sauce balances umami from coconut aminos with citrus brightness, ginger warmth and a touch of sesame. This easy stir fry comes together quickly with a few pantry-friendly ingredients and simple techniques—perfect for busy evenings when you want a family-friendly meal that still feels special.

This recipe features crisp-seared pork tenderloin tossed in a glossy honey-orange glaze. The glaze uses coconut aminos for a soy-free umami base, toasted sesame oil for depth, fresh ginger for warmth, and fresh orange juice and zest for lively citrus flavor. A small amount of sriracha adds heat if you like it; omit for milder palates. Serve over steamed rice with a side of broccoli for a balanced, family-friendly dinner.

Ingredients
For the honey-orange glaze
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- Zest of half an orange
- 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce (optional; omit if sensitive to heat)
- 1/3 cup honey
For the pork and stir fry
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons avocado oil, divided
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 1 cup diced white onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Steamed rice for serving (brown, jasmine, or cauliflower rice)
- Steamed broccoli for serving
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl whisk together the coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, orange zest, orange juice, sriracha (if using) and honey until smooth. Set the glaze aside.
- Prepare the pork: In a large bowl combine the pork cubes with the salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and the tapioca flour. Toss until evenly coated.
- Sear the pork: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with the remaining 3 tablespoons of avocado oil. When the skillet is hot, arrange the pork in a single layer and let it cook undisturbed until crisp and browned on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, about 3 more minutes. Transfer the browned pork to a plate using a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Sauté aromatics: In the same skillet add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook, stirring and scraping up any flavorful browned bits from the pan, until the onions are softened, about 3 minutes.
- Combine with glaze: Pour the prepared glaze into the skillet with the onions and garlic and toss to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow the sauce to reduce and thicken, stirring occasionally, until it has reduced by about half, roughly 4 minutes.
- Finish the stir fry: Once the sauce has thickened slightly, return the seared pork and any accumulated juices to the skillet. Toss until the pork is well coated and warmed through, about 2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve: Spoon the honey-orange glazed pork over steamed rice and serve with steamed broccoli on the side. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!

Tips, Variations, and Serving Suggestions
- If you prefer soy sauce, you can substitute low-sodium soy sauce for the coconut aminos, but the flavor will be a bit different. For a gluten-free option, confirm that your soy sauce or aminos are gluten-free.
- Omit the sriracha in the glaze for a child-friendly version and serve hot sauce at the table for adults who want heat.
- Add colorful vegetables—bell peppers, snap peas or carrots—when sautéing the onions to boost nutrition and texture. If adding vegetables, cook them until crisp-tender before adding the sauce.
- For a slightly thicker glaze, reduce the sauce a bit longer; for a thinner sauce, add a splash of orange juice or water.
- To save time on busy nights, make the glaze ahead and store it refrigerated in a sealed container. Reheat gently before tossing with the pork.

Storage and Reheating
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat gently in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, adding a splash of water or orange juice if the sauce has thickened too much while chilled. Leftovers also work well wrapped in lettuce or rice paper for a quick lunch.

This Honey-Orange Glazed Pork Stir Fry is an accessible, flavor-forward recipe that can easily become a weekday favorite. The combination of seared pork and a sticky citrus glaze makes for a satisfying entree that pairs beautifully with rice and steamed vegetables.
